Service information

This website describes locksmith services available from PrimeKey London. Please contact us to confirm the work, coverage and availability for your property.

Quotations and attendance

Attendance times, parts and quotations depend on the location, door, lock and fault. A website description or online enquiry is not confirmation of a booking. The scope and price of proposed work should be agreed before work begins. Tell us about relevant access restrictions, landlord authorisation and any insurance hardware requirements.

Authorised access

We may ask for evidence that you are entitled to request access or changes to the property. Non-destructive entry is considered where appropriate but cannot be guaranteed for every door or lock.

Urgent situations

Telephone 020 3519 9290 for urgent locksmith enquiries. Do not rely on the callback form for immediate attendance. If there is immediate danger to life or an active emergency, contact the emergency services.

Photography and website information

The blue entrance image is an illustrative architectural image, not a record of a completed customer job. Hardware photographs are from PrimeKey's existing website collection. Website information is general guidance and does not replace an assessment of your door.
